Another Lesson With Professor Parasad

On Thursday 23rd November, during lunchtime, Professor Parasad (Aditya Persad) taught 4S how to make roti swell without a rising agent like baking powder. His technique was new and highly experimental, 4S was very lucky to see his work 1st hand. His very smart decision to write with a red PERMANENT marker was astonishing. He struggled to erase it by using Tashvir Ramoutar's Clean & White Disinfectant Spray during Physics, but he got helpers: Sachin Sankar & Aditya Danraj as the images below illustrate. Professor Parasad graciously provided diagrams to ensure that 4S didn't mess up with making the roti swell with NO RISING AGENT.
